ESME’S COLLECTIONS
Like most designers I have always strived to create products that are unique, timeless, enduring & elegant. However, the main challenge today is to go one step further and take into account the entire production process and how it affects the environment, from the type of raw goods chosen, how they are prepared and how the completed product is eventually disposed of. With current information that is widely available today concerning human-induced climate change and the dire consequences it poses for everyone on this planet, all designers, businesses and consumers alike need to become more knowledgeable about how to create and consume non-polluting products for today and for the generation to come.
